Really enjoyed our stay there, it was very comfortable. The location was excellent, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, modern hotel. Daimon subway station can be reached within 10 minutes walk. The a double room that we stayed in was modern and compact. The staff was pretty friendly, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out. The service here was friendly!

Neat and compact room which had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator. The bed was comfy, we received good services. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Close to a transport, convenient stores and Daimon metro station.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is conveniently located near Daimon Metro and Hamamatsucho Station, making it easy to access various subway lines and even Haneda Airport. There are also plenty of convenient stores, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and spoke English quite well. They even went the extra mile by leaving fresh towels, slippers, and other amenities outside our room. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were still plenty big enough for two adults. The basic amenities such as the comfortable bed, hot/cold water system in the bathroom, and free hotel Wi-Fi were all satisfactory. Plus, the hotel provided a breakfast coupon to be used at the nearby Starbucks, which was a nice touch.

The location was magnificent, for example, a well-known tower was within easy walking distance of the hotel. And it was also very close to the subway system and a 5 minutes walk from Hammamatsucho JR railway station and Very close to railway station.

The room was adequate and absolutely perfect, with a private bathroom. The hotel had indeed a great and exceptionally nice location to nearby station for elevator access. What's more, it was near the shopping district of Ginza, and great restaurants, coffee places and 24h convenience stores.

Our stay at Richmond was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, with Tokyo Tower just a short walk away and easy access to subway and train stations. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, even accommodating a family of three comfortably. We loved the thoughtful amenity kits and the convenience of having a small fridge in the room. The Starbucks coupon for "breakfast included" was a bonus treat. The staff, though not all fluent in English, were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend Richmond for a great stay in Tokyo.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tokyo for 14 days and had a great experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the subway and train station. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and the Tokyo Tower and parks were within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I also appreciated the little packets of lotions and face oil. During my stay, I found the hotel's location very convenient as it was just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore various parts of the city. the proximity to the airport express monorail and Tokyo tower was a huge plus. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided great service, and the breakfast options were satisfying.

The only downside I noticed was the lack of English channels on the TV.
